Step 1 – Click on membership, then membership processing


Step 2 – Using the search bar, search to see if the contact already exists on the system, click on the magnifying glass to search.


Step 3 – Click on the New Contact & Membership button, a new screen will be populated


Step 4 – Fill in the details
Please note the following items are marked as mandatory and must be provided in order to process the membership:
 - First name
 - Last Name
 - Primary Email


Step 5 – Select Enrol in CPD as on application, yes or no (as applicable)


Step 6 – Select address county. (United Kingdom etc)


Step 7 – On the search, insert postcode and click search, an address dropdown menu will populate. (small tip, if you place house number, comma then postcode, it will autofill for you. Eg. 1, SL6 9QH)


Step 8 – Select membership grade to process, Rate, Invoice Entity, & Payment type


Step 9 – Click on Create Membership button, if paying by credit/debit card you will need to follow the world pay steps to process payment. Once processed, the screen will show processing membership followed by membership processed successfully.


Step 10 – Click on the Go to Contact button. This will take you back to the created record.  You can the check the details i.e. grade address CPD etc.
