Step 1 – Open the members contact page


Step 2 – Check Transactions for any open invoices towards membership


Step 3 – Click New Membership – This will take you to the membership processing screen


Step 4 – Check the Grade, Rate and Price is correct.


Step 5 – Click Select Credit/Debit card payment type – This will direct you to the Worldpay payment screen


Step 6 – If a member has a credit on their record, you can select to use the available credit.


Step 7 - Once payment has been taken, copy and paste the world pay transaction ID to the members record on notes.


- if not authorized, copy and paste not authorized on to the members record on notes


Step 8 – Click go to contact.  Membership should now be current and a membership pack will be generated.
