Step 1 – Open the members contact page


Step 2 – Click/Highlight the current job title


Step 3 – Press Delete. This will remove the old role.


Step 4 – Insert new job title


Step 5 – Click on Save on the bottom of the screen


Step 6 – Refresh the contact screen. These should now be updated


Step 7 – Scroll down the members record to the Job History section. There you will see the members previous and current job history.
