Step 1 – Open the membership record

Step 2 - Check all details on the upgrade form are correct and update system with the correct details if required.

Step 2 – To process the upgrade – Click on the Upgrade button on the members contact screen on Helix. This will open the membership processing screen

Step 3 – On the membership processing screen, select upgrade membership

Step 4 – Click on Go to contact. This will take you back to the contact screen. You will see an Applied active membership on the membership screen.  

Step 5 – Click and open the Applied membership and change to current if approved. Helix will automatically update the previous membership.

Step 6 – Click save

Step 7 – On the Activities screen, a membership upgrade pack will be automatically generated.

Step 8 – Manually send email to confirm upgrade through outlook. This Is located N:\Membership\- Membership Operations Team -\Drafts - Professional Membership

Step 9 – Helix will automatically place a note on the members record confirming the upgrade
