Step 1 – Open the membership record
Step 2 - Check all details on the upgrade form are correct and update system with the correct details if required.
Step 3 – To process the upgrade – Click on the Upgrade button on the members contact screen on Helix. This will open the membership processing screen
Step 4 – On the membership processing screen, select desired membership upgrade grade.
Step 5 – Click on the Appove membership button to approve upgrade.
Step 6 - Click on Go to Contact button, once on contact screen – make sure all the grades on the screen have automatically updated including the grade suffix. If does not update, raise visual studio to get this updated.
Step 7 – On the Activities screen, a membership upgrade pack will be automatically generated.
Step 8 – Manually send email to confirm upgrade through outlook. This Is located N:\Membership\- Membership Operations Team -\Drafts - Professional Membership
Step 9 – Helix will automatically place a note on the members record confirming the upgrade
Things to consider:
- Make sure all upgrade documents have been filed away, initaled & dated (date received stamped & processed date
