Step 1 - On Dynamics click on the membership drown button. A drop down menu will appear.


Step 2 - Click on Reports. An available reports page will appear.


Step 3 – On the available reports page you will need to find the 4 reports used for the renewal run. #

These are:

1. Renewal Reminder Letter – Professional DD

2. Renewal Reminder Letter – Professional Non DD

3. Renewal Reminder Letter – Studying DD

4. Renewal Reminder Letter – Studying Non DD


Step 5 – Select the required report/s. This will open the report viewer screen. On this screen, you will need to click run report.


Step 6 – Once you have Clicked on run report, the system will generate the renewal letters to view on the report viewer screen. You will need to check each renewal letter to make sure the members details, membership number, fee’s, and spacing are all correct. If not correct, you will need to add the member on to a spreadsheet on your team’s N:Drive to have the details amended.


Step 7 – Save renewal letters as PDF ready to be sent.


Step 8 – Send the PDF renewal letters to the print room for processing
