Step 1 – Open up the membership record


Step 2 – Click on the 3 dots located on the top of the record. A dropdown list will appear~


Step 3 – Click Add New Credit. A Create New Credit note screen will appear.


Step 4 - Enter the value to credit and a narrative for the credit


Step 5 - Once entered, click on Create Credit Note


Step 6 - Refresh the screen you will be able to see a Credit note on the record. The funds will show as a '-£150.00' as an example.


Step 7 - If you then open up the Credit on the transactions tab and scroll across you will be able to see see the narrative for the credit allocated. These funds will now stay on the record and could be used to pay fees at a later date
