Step 1  - Click on membership then contacts.

Step 2 – On the contacts screen, search for contact by name to bring up both records

Step 3 – Select/highlight both records

Step 4 – Click on the Merge button. This will bring up the Merge Records screen.

Step 5 – Select Record to keep

Step 6 – Tick correct details you wish to keep

Step 7 – Click OK to complete.

The inactive record will show on the inactive record search view in the all contacts screen.

If you have set the wrong record to Inactive:

Step 1 - Go to the Contacts screen, and Search for the deactivated Contact in the ‘Inactive Contacts View’

Step 2 - Highlight the contact and select ‘Activate’
