Step 1 – Open the Membership record

Step 2 – Click on the 3 dots on the top of the page. A drop down menu will appear

Step 3 – Select Add New Credit. Create new credit box will populate.

Step 4 – Input the amount of credit and reason for credit

Step 5 – Click Create Credit  

Step 6 – Go to All invoices on the record. This will show the credit on the record.


The money in credit is now available to use towards membership or products in the normal way.
