Update 28/07/2017: Microsoft Edge documents will not print, but will a bit of a delay (10-15 seconds) - this is temporary and a future engineer visit will remedy this issue so all Microsoft Edge documents print at the same speed as other docs.
Unfortunately there is an issue with printing through Microsoft Edge be it through web browser or PDFs, the more common being the latter. You can change your default program for opening PDF files through this method:
1. Click on Start Menu (bottom left hand corner of your screen)
2. Settings (the small cog)
3. Search for 'Default Programs' or 'Default App Settings'
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and find 'Choose default applications by file type
5. These are sorted in alphabetical order on the left hand side of the screen, scroll down until you find .pdf
6. Change the default program from Microsoft Edge to Adobe Reader/Adobe Acrobat
Additionally, If a PDF is downloaded within Google Chrome, sometimes the PDF will open within Chrome when selected. Chrome doesn't use the Windows default printer, instead uses the last cached printer which for a large sum of people may be the CIM Secure on the old print server. When prnting from Chrome make sure the Printer title is CIM Secure on CIMPrint rather than CIMVPrint.
