If you're sending documents to print and nothing it being shown in the CIM Secure queue when you scan at the photocopier or your documents aren't reaching the printer, check these settings:
1. When going to print a document, make sure that the printer you're wanting to send the document to is the one selected within the application. There are programs such as Google Chrome that cache your last used printer rather than updating to the default Windows printer. If SwyxFax is your default printer, you should receive an error message saying you're not authorised to Print Fax documents as soon as you print.
2. Check you've got an active internet connection, there is a small logo of a Computer Screen in your taskbar which should look like this, if there's a red cross or a yellow triangle there are most likely network issues:
3. Double check your default printer in Windows settings, this can be done by clicking in the Start Menu (bottom left hand corner of your screen) and clicking the small cog for Settings. In the search bar, search for 'Printers & Scanners'. Click on 'Devices and Printers' on the right hand side of the screen. From there you can set your default printer to CIM Secure on CIMPrint or a desktop printer if you'd prefer to print to one of them.
