UPDATE: As of 01/08/07 a few new rules have been put in place which should stop these emails from going into your Junk. Let us know if the problem persists and we will look into it further.


Due to a change in our Email Firewall, we are a lot more secure than we were previously. Additionally, our spoofing detection is a lot stronger and therefore is sometimes picking up on emails from our Photocopiers Scan & Send, IT/CRM/Websupport emails and voicemails and seeing them as potentially spoofed. You can stop these emails from going into your Junk Email folder by doing the following:


1. Open Outlook and browse to the Junk Email folder, select the email in question that is in your Junk Items that you don't want to be there in future


2. Right click on the email, scroll down to 'Junk' and select 'Not Junk'. This will open another window that says 'This message will be moved back into the Inbox Folder'. If you click the 'Always trust email from 'example@cim.co.uk', this will mean all future emails will be seen as trusted and not moved into Junk Email.


We are looking into this issue but this is a temporary workaround just in case you think you are missing Scanned & Sent documents from the photocopiers, helpdesk ticket replies or voicemails. We will keep you posted on when we find a permanent solution.
